My treatment approach promotes healing while supporting patients with insight and feedback to address short-term and long-term issues. With compassionate support, my goal is to empower clients with the tools they need to overcome concerns and increase self-awareness.

As an experienced professional I specialize in the treatment of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge-eating disorder. When treating patients with eating disorders I often collaborate with carefully chosen colleagues such as psychiatrists, nutritionists and medical doctors to offer an interdisciplinary approach. Additionally I work with women around issues related to life altering events such as divorce, childbirth and menopause. My practice also includes working with individuals, couples, families and running groups.

With an integration of a psychodynamic and relational foundation I draw from a selection of styles and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. Together with each person I work to build on strengths and achieve life goals in a warm and supportive environment. Positive change is achieved when one finds their voice and learns to believe in themselves. I attempt to facilitate this process.
